Sensitive actions are designed to require structured reasons, review paths or audit evidence where appropriate. This supports accountability and helps organisations demonstrate why specific operational decisions were made.

FaiceTech is not currently presenting itself as SOC 2 certified. However, our core platform is hosted on infrastructure provided by DigitalOcean, which maintains SOC 2 Type II assurance alongside other recognised cloud security certifications. FaiceTech considers this supplier assurance as part of its own vendor governance, contractual safeguards and operational controls.
